1. Order processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays leave our Peristeri facility the same day. Later orders, weekend purchases, and holiday orders ship the next business day. You get an order confirmation right away and courier tracking once it leaves.
2. Tracking your parcel
- Click the tracking link sent via dispatch SMS or email.
- Submit your order number through our Track Your Order page.
- Courier scans start tracking records, typically within 24 hours of package handoff.
- Check live carrier updates at every transit depot until final delivery.
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates count working days from dispatch, not guaranteed dates. Outlying rural zones require 1-2 extra days.

4. Shipping and handling costs
Free delivery applies to Greece orders over €45. All smaller parcels cost €3.50. Exact shipping fees for your delivery address appear at checkout prior to payment.
5. International shipping
International delivery outside Greece displays exact shipping rates at checkout. Recipients cover all local import tariffs and taxes. Customs refusals return to our facility.
6. Broken, missing, or transit-damaged items
6.1 Damaged
Inspect supplement bottles immediately upon arrival. Photograph any broken packaging and email [email protected] within 48 hours. We dispatch a replacement immediately or refund the charge; keep the item unless we request its return.
6.2 Lost
Stalled shipments showing zero scans for 5 business days require investigation. Contact us with your order number. We file a carrier trace and issue a fresh dispatch or full payment return within 10 business days.
6.3 Shipment marked delivered without receipt
Check around your porch, ask neighbours, consult the local sorting office, then contact us within 3 days of carrier delivery status. We open an investigation with the courier and update you promptly.
