Return requests remain open for 60 days from delivery. This applies to transit damage, manufacturing flaws, packing errors, or general returns of unused bottles.

• Damaged or defective supplements receive free replacement or full payment return, original postage included. Attach photos to your message.
• Incorrect product received: we ship the right formula promptly and cover pickup for the incorrect jar.
• Return unopened jars within deadline: seals and original packaging must remain intact. You pay return shipping, and initial delivery fees remain non-refundable.
• Unsealed supplement jars violate sanitary standards and cannot be returned unless verified defective.

• Our team issues a return authorization code and dispatch address within one business day.
• Place items in original cartons, enclose your return authorization code on paper, and tape the parcel securely.
• Ship the parcel to the specified facility, forward the tracking number to our desk, and keep your postage slip until funds clear.

We assess returned goods within 3 business days of arrival and confirm clearance by email. Payouts follow the original payment route: cash-on-delivery balances transfer to your nominated bank account, bank transfers return directly to source. Banks typically post funds within 1-5 business days.

To swap formulas, return the current item and place a separate order. We process your refund once the parcel arrives. Cancel pending shipments at zero charge before fulfillment begins by messaging [email protected] with your order reference.
