Thymovita trades under Thymovita Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε., Thivon 170, Peristeri, 121 34, Greece. Seller registration and contact facts appear on the Legal Notice page and in order receipts. Ship returns strictly to the specific return address provided after your request: parcels sent elsewhere will be rejected.

Minimum age to order is 18 years. Products and website are strictly for personal, non-commercial use unless cleared in writing. We reserve the right to cancel, cap, or reject orders for unverified details, depleted inventory, or suspected fraud, issuing an immediate refund for sums charged.

All prices display in EUR. Shipping fees appear before order confirmation at checkout. Should a blatant pricing typo occur, we will contact you prior to dispatch to reconfirm at the true price or cancel with no penalty.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Orders sent to Greece include applicable VAT. Shipments outside Greece face local taxes, tariffs, and customs charges levied by the destination country and payable by the buyer. Packages rejected at customs count as returns: round-trip transit expenses are subtracted from your refund.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. This site stores zero debit card, credit card, or online banking data.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Checkout completion places your order. You receive an automated receipt with an order reference; the sales contract takes effect only when your items leave our facility and dispatch confirmation is sent. Before dispatch, we may reject the order and return your money.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

Unpaid or failed transactions halt dispatch immediately. With cash on delivery, unclaimed or refused shipments return straight to our facility, voiding the purchase.

We collect only the data required to ship orders, handle inquiries, and protect site infrastructure, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Tracking tools and cookies appear in our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of these terms.

Take supplements strictly as directed on the label, box insert, and product listing. Keep jars out of reach of children unless explicitly formulated for them. Product photos represent our real inventory; minor display color variations result from monitor settings and do not count as flaws.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Follow storage conditions printed on the label. Never consume capsules or powders past the printed expiry or best-before date. Discard jars and packaging in line with local waste guidelines.

Liability stays with us until the carrier drops the package at your address or hands it to your designated recipient; risk passes to you at handoff. Report visible transit damage with photos to [email protected] within 48 hours. Double-check your shipping details: parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or non-collection are refunded minus all delivery fees incurred.

Return items within 60 days of arrival subject to our Returns & Refunds terms. Secure an authorized return code first, then dispatch solely to the designated warehouse address. Refunds cover merchandise cost; initial postage is refunded only for damaged items or our dispatch errors. Statutory withdrawal rights under local consumer law remain untouched.

Goods delivered must conform to product specifications and arrive without physical defects. All items are covered by statutory conformity warranties under Greek Civil Code and European Union consumer directives. Thymovita warrants that goods match their description, retain batch integrity until their stated expiry date, and comply with safety standards when stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight. Products failing from proven defects during your local statutory warranty period will be fixed, replaced, or refunded at our discretion after inspection. Wear from everyday use, improper handling, or post-delivery damage falls outside coverage.

Do not place fake orders, disrupt server operations, scrape user information, or post unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material. We reserve the right to ban access immediately upon violation of these terms.

Text, images, brand marks, and site code belong to Thymovita Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε. or its licensing partners. You can view or print copies for personal use; commercial re-use, distribution, or duplication requires advance written authorization.

Third-party links connect to external websites outside our management. We take no responsibility for their uptime, policies, or statements. A link implies no endorsement.

Published reviews come from verified buyers, reflecting personal outcomes rather than guaranteed results for every user. Submitting feedback, pictures, or notes grants us royalty-free permission to post them using your first name only. These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Athens, Greece. If informal dialogue fails to settle a dispute, claims may be submitted to courts where the seller maintains its corporate registration; consumers retain the right to take legal action in their country of residence. Non-waivable mandatory consumer rights of your local jurisdiction remain intact.

We dispatch order confirmations, packing updates, billing documents, and policy notices to the email provided during checkout. Keep this inbox current and verify spam filters; emails sent to that address are considered legally delivered.

We may assign our contractual rights and duties to an acquiring entity, provided your consumer rights remain fully protected. Transferring your own rights requires our advance written consent.

Failure to enforce any clause immediately does not constitute a permanent waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Invalid clauses do not cancel these terms. Remaining conditions stay binding, and any void clause is substituted by the nearest enforceable legal equivalent.

We block accounts and stop new orders if terms are broken. Dispatched shipments will continue to their destination.

Your order agreement includes these terms, linked store policies, and the dispatch confirmation. If translations differ, the language of the ordering website governs.
